Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders very quickly. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us via email at service@trendyhats.us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

How long will it take to receive my hat?
Standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days. Additionally, please allow an extra 1–3 business days for order processing.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status of your package at any time.
Do you offer international shipping?

What sizes are available for your baseball caps?
Most of our hats are designed as “One Size Fits Most” and feature an adjustable back closure (including snapbacks, metal buckles, or Velcro) to ensure a comfortable and secure fit for most head sizes.
How should I clean my hat?
To keep your hat looking fresh, we recommend spot cleaning it using a damp cloth and mild detergent. Please avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as this may cause the brim to lose its shape.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your hat! If you are not satisfied with the item you received, you may return unworn items within 30 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
What should I do if my hat arrives damaged?
