Refund and Returns Policy

At Trendyhats, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

  1. Return Period
    You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your baseball cap must meet the following criteria:

It must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must include all original tags and be returned in its original packaging.

  1. Return Process
    To initiate a return, please contact us by emailing service@trendyhats.us, providing your order number and the reason for your return.

Once your return request has been accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  1. Shipping Costs
    Customer Responsibility: Unless the item was damaged upon arrival or an error was made in shipping, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

  1. Refunds
    Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at service@trendyhats.us so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.
  2. Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you currently have; once your return is accepted, you can then place a separate order for the new hat you wish to purchase.
  3. Non-Returnable Items
    Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Customized or personalized hats. Final Sale items or Gift Cards.
